Born in Brazil, Flavio began training as a gymnast at the age of 9, going on practice competitively. Passionate about movemement, he has been teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates since 2013, focusing on good technique, form and hard work. His repertoire also includes gymnastic conditioning and rings, functional training, handstands, flexibility and aerial Pilates. Flavio also performed in the 2012 Olympic Games as part of the ‘Human Eye’ .
