In his spare time, Paul practices BJJ, reaching the level of purple belt. He is also a keen football and tennis player. In 2011, Paul spent 1 year in Togo, Africa, utilising his skills in a children’s hospital and helping the local population with conditions like Stroke or HIV. This challenging experience brought him endless motivation to become one of the best in his field.

Paul is a highly qualified healthcare professional offering a unique combination of Physiotherapy and Osteopathy. Paul uses his comprehensive approach in order to help clients overcome not only sports injuries and chronic pains, but also a range of systemic issues such as headcahes, IBS and fatigue.

Whilst it is important to give a ‘passive’ treatment to one’s structure using Osteopathy, it is often equally as important for the patient to work ‘actively’ alongside in order to build appropriate motor patterns through Physiotherapy. After a thorough assessment, Paul will discuss with the best approach to overcome any given problem.

Paul has extensive experience working in established West London practices. He notably founded ‘Physio On’ in Westminster and has also put together the ‘Osteo Flow Yoga’ concept. He has worked with high level professional athletes of the rugby ‘Club Athletic Périgourdin’ and Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) champions. Paul is the lead Physiotherapist of the ‘RC Lens’ youth football academy in London. He also treats babies for a range of issues such as bronchiolitis or delayed development. Paul has an extensive network of consultants and other professionals, amongst the best in their fields, which he may refer patients to if needed.
